Our Group............
Southern Trouble is made up of five guys who came together in March of 2012, purely by chance. Two guitar players and a singer who had already met, were looking for a bass player and a drummer. A bass player and a drummer, after taking a small break from music, were looking to reform their band and that's when they all met and became, "Southern Trouble".
Southern Trouble celebrated their 6 year anniversary in March 2018. Although a couple of faces have changed, most recently making a contribution to Nashville, we are still relatively new to the music scene as a group but have progressed and jelled together quickly. Each of the members of the group brings their own unique style and years of professional playing experience by way of touring internationally and regionally covering rock, blues, beach and country. Guess that makes them 'Seasoned Professionals'.
Our style of music ranges from Modern Country to Southern Rock. We cover country artists like Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett and Florida Georgia Line to rock artists like Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd-Skynyrd, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Molly Hatchett, and Blackberry Smoke - just to name a few. In April of 2016, with the help of some very talented song writers, we started adding a few "originals" in our library of songs.
We pride ourselves on making sure that we deliver a show that the crowd can have fun with while enjoying quality music - no background tracks, no computer piped in music, just quality "live" music. While we love playing music, we believe that it should be played right and if the crowd isn't having fun, neither are we. As a result of that, we have become one of the fastest rising modern country groups in the southeast and as a result of our philosophy have developed a fast growing following we call the "Trouble-Makers".
Make sure you send us a like on Facebook and contact us through our "Contact Us" page for questions/comments and to get on our mailing list so you too can become a "Trouble-Maker" too!
Thanks so much for visiting our site and we hope to see you at a show soon. Help us support the venues that support live music.
